I am looking forward to connecting with you! ONCE payment has been made, there are NO refunds. Since this is a fund raiser, the money does go directly into the ministry. If you do have an emergency we WILL work with you. Just understand that this is a RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. And we do expect you to be there once payment has been made. Last year the weather was perfect and we are already praying for the same again!

******BECAUSE WIND IS ALWAYS A FACTOR IN TALLAHASSEE, YOU MUST HAVE YOUR TENT AND SET UP WEIGHTED DOWN AND SECURE.  In the past we have had injuries and lost inventory because of  "flying" tents.  On the day of event, if you are not able to secure (with or without a windy day, because wind is unpredictable) your tent, I will have to ask you to vend without a tent.  So please be sure to bring sand bags, weights, blocks or some type of reliable protection against such injury or loss.
